Amaya by Night
Sparkling ambience
Sumptuous dining
By night the restaurant is a shimmering dramatic contemporary space, which integrates India through pink sandstone panels, rosewood panelling, and furniture.
India is all about the play of light, and lighting is a key feature of Amaya. The show kitchen is dramatic food theatre- with granite work tops, chefs in black, focused spotlights, and glowing bottles of infused oils as part of the luminous backdrop.
The seductive bar, encased in dark rosewood and vibrant red panels, serves exotic cocktails, and seats 34. It includes a stunning four metre rosewood communal table - the embodiment of Amaya's philosophy about sharing and socialising. This table is dressed in beautiful Indian jewel painted tiles and seats 14.
