Summer Vegetable Delights

For 20 years Amaya has been famous for its wide range of wonderful tasty grills and barbequed meats, seafood, and vegetables. This summer we present a virtual fiesta of vegetables.

Besides our well-loved salads, Mandarin & Goats Cheese, Cabbage & Noodles, and minced Chicken parcels, we have added a seasonal edamame, snow peas & fennel salad, which you will greatly enjoy.

Flavourful English asparagus is back on the menu. Favourite tandoori broccoli and barbequed aubergine continue to be on the menu, as does the Bhojpuri potatoes. 


Another addition of the season is courgette spaghetti tossed in the wok with ginger, herbs and cashew nuts. Enjoy wonderful French beans and red peppers, and vegetable kofta curry which we now serve too.

The popular seafood, poultry and meat dishes are all on the menu. The crab cake, made only with fresh, flaked English crab is the favourite of the season. Do try it.

Our fun way of presenting a summery lamb dish is our warm lamb sushi. Made with pulled raan and encased in pulao-flavoured rice.

Celebrate special occasions in style, with a choice of 5 kinds of menus starting at £65 for lunch and £70 per head for dinner. Open for lunch or dinner 7 days a week. We offer special private dining offers on Mondays and Fridays.
